JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Full-time and Part-time ESLteachers for level A1-C1-C2 students. Vietnamese teachers will teach level A1, lower A2, and foreigner teachers will teach other levels.
Number: 16 teachers
Location: All over the world
Class arrangement: Online through Zoom
I. REQUIREMENTS
1. General Requirement
- Age: No requirement
- Attitude: Have passion for teaching English, compassionate, committed, responsible, and ready to learn.
- Experience: at least one year of experience as an English teaching assistant or teacher. Open for recent graduates as well as senior English majors.
- Bachelor of Teaching, TESOL, TEFEL, CELTA.
2. Skills
- English: very clear pronunciation; neutral accent, high level in all four skills (listening, speaking, writing, and reading).
- Excellent English communication skills, equivalent to a 7.0 band in IELTS Speaking and Listening
- Possess pedagogical skills and presentation skill.
- Familiar to Canvas and Pearson is an advantage.
- Having experience with active learning and teaching method.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Roles
- Teaching General English, Business English, IELTS, PTE according to the methods, materials, and lesson plans that will be provided on the modern LMS Canvas.
- Classroom size: maximum 12 students
- Student demographics: university students and people with full-time jobs.
- Class schedule: 5:00–6:30 A.M from Monday to Saturday. Teachers could also choose 3 days a week.
- Marking the test and giving feedback to the students
- Updating the performance report and class progress report as required or when demanded by the Training Department
- Contributing your own ideas to improve the curriculum and adjust the content to best fit the students’ ability
